The integrated skid-mounted LNG vehicle filling station is consisted of skid-mounted chassis, LNG storage tank, immersed pump, LNG filling machine, EAG vaporizer and unloading pipelines, fluid adding pipelines and pressure increase pipelines. Other systems include instrument air system, gas alarm system, lighting system and PLC control system.


Process description         

 1. Unloading process: LNG tanker →Pipeline→LNG tank  

 LNG tanker carries LNG to the LNG filling station, then throughing the unloading interface, pipe, valve, and so on, the LNG is poured into the LNG cryogenic tank of the filling station.When the pressure of the LNG tanker is lower than the pressure of the tank, lifting the pressure of the tanker by unloading  pressure regulator.                                                                                        
2. Filling process: LNG tank →LNG pump→LNG dispenser→LNG fuel vehicle 

When the car filling, first, connect the LNG liquid coupling to LNG cycliner intake interface on vehicle. The LNG after pressurized by the submersible pump is transported to the LNG dispenser, then injected into LNG cylinder after metering. 

3. Pressure regulating process: LNG tank→LNG regulation vaporizer→LNG tank (gas phase) 

 After unloading, LNG from the LNG tank throughing pipe vavle is  transported to the LNG regulation vaporizer, the liquid is heated and gasified then backing to the top of the tank, until the pressure in the tank reaches the working pressure.

4. Overpressure release process: LNG tank →relief vavel→EAG heater→release  

When the pressure in the tank is higher than the setting pressure, the relief vavel will open automatically, then the BOG is  transported to the EAG heater, after heated by the EAG heater, the gas release.
